A natural innovator driven to succeed and add value, Millezanne is adept at stakeholder management and fostering high-performing teams to achieve critical business objectives. Her unique skillset combines deep industry experience with an expert understanding of business optimisation, quality management systems, technology, and data. This allows her to design and implement effective business models and strategies that unlock significant value through process re-engineering and digital transformation.
Having honed her skills in a variety of leadership roles within Big 4 audit firms and major corporates, Millezanne founded StrattEdge, a next-generation consulting firm. As CEO and lead consultant, she plays a pivotal role in client delivery and strategic direction of the StrattEdge Group.
